Garden Wonderland

Hunters Creek

Only steps from Buffalo Bayou, this Hunters Creek estate and its charming gardens provide a tranquil retreat from the urban hustle and bustle. The landscape is composed of several interconnected spaces that draw their character from the native forest and naturalistic plantings. Sun-dappled gravel paths weave through colorful masses of shrubs and fields of monkey grass. These whimsical walkways become destinations of their own while also guiding guests to the home’s gated pool and cabana, children’s play area, guest house and open lawn that serves as an event space. Small nooks for seating and art displays are tucked throughout the landscape, creating the feeling of a hidden wonderland.
