Design
The magic that we create at Prewett, Read & Associates starts with our qualified landscape professionals. Bill Prewett and Tom Read, registered landscape architects and the founders of our company, ensure that our clients’ landscaping dreams come true with the help of the PRA design team. We work to understand each client’s vision for their garden, from initial site measurements and photographs to base plans and renderings.
Installation
Once plans and construction costs are approved, our installation team takes the lead with experienced and skilled labor. Whether it’s detailed landscaping work such as bed preparation, grading or planting, or construction elements like swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, pergolas or fire pits, our team has what it takes to make it happen. Eric Griffith, a PRA associate, oversees the installation teams and their operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in office and field operations, working to procure materials, set up deliveries and supervise construction.
Maintenance
Once our client’s landscape has been transformed, a maintenance proposal is drafted for weekly maintenance service that keeps lawns and gardens looking fresh. PRA’s maintenance crew is overseen by Jake Eiswirth, our maintenance manager. He’ll ensure that maintenance crews work quickly and professionally to maintain the same level of detail the installation team crafted during the installation process. Our maintenance services include caring for plants, turf and trees by pruning, weeding and feeding, and completing preventative and restorative maintenance.
