Design
Responsible for creating the scope of a project, the design team is made up of landscape professionals. Bill and Tom, owners, founders and licensed landscape architects, lead the team as the primary client contacts, with the help of the PRA design team.
Together, the team gains an understanding of every client, from their lifestyle to their vision of the project. Working from conception to completion, the team takes site measurements and photographs, creates base plans and prepares renderings to present to clients. Once finalized, the team provides construction costs and seeks client approval.
Installation
The installation crews provide the skilled labor necessary to successfully complete projects. We take care of all landscaping including bed preparation, grading and planting. We also serve as the general contractor for construction elements such as swimming pools, summer kitchens, pergolas, fire pits, walls, driveways and sidewalks.
Eric, PRA associate, oversees operations and the installation teams, scheduling and supervising the crews as well as procuring materials and setting up deliveries. With over twenty years of experience in office and field operations, Eric also provides construction supervision and oversight for our subcontractors.
Maintenance
To ensure the landscape matures and evolves as intended, we’ll provide a maintenance proposal and a weekly schedule. Our certified maintenance crews, overseen by Jake, maintenance manager, work quietly, efficiently and professionally, providing the same attention to detail each time. From taking care of plants, turf and trees by pruning, weeding, feeding and completing preventative and restorative maintenance, our team incorporates the best horticulture practices.
Our team of account representatives communicate directly with our clients to make sure the upkeep of your landscape is consistent. Even if you didn’t use our team for landscape installation, we’ll consult with you and survey your property to provide a customized maintenance plan to keep your landscape looking great.
